Alberto Balbo is the founder and CEO of IET (Ianus Energy Transition), a leading enterprise in global energy transition and decarbonisation, with a focus on burgeoning segments like hydrogen, renewables, and gas to power. Serving a diverse clientele, including developers, corporate clients, and government agencies like the Australian DFAT and the IFC, IET stands at the forefront of sustainable energy solutions. Andrew Weller is co-Founder and Executive Consultant of Mondial Advisory, a specialist management consulting firm working at the intersection of decarbonisation and commercialisation. Andrew’s passion for connecting research, technology and industry drives him, and has been a driving force behind Mondial. A physical chemist and computer scientist by training, he also holds a Bachelor of Math Science and post-grad qualifications from Dartmouth College, New Hampshire. His systems thinking and commercial experience underpins the value Mondial deliver to its clients. Andrew has led the commercialisation of heat pump and CO2 refrigeration technologies for a technology startup including successful ground-breaking projects in Singapore, New Zealand and for some of Australia’s most well-known companies. He leads the engagement with client executive sponsors. This maintains alignment between Mondial and client facilitating outcomes from projects that are economic and transformative.
